There is no limit to the number of vehicles that a dealerships' inventory can contain, and inventory can be added whenever convenient. The following instructions include the steps to follow to describe a vehicle and enter it into available online inventory, including adding a picture. Users unfamiliar with these fields can click on the illustration below for more details.
Click Add Truck button from the toolbar
Under the Required Items heading, complete ALL fields. Vehicles missing one or more of these fields cannot be added to inventory
Under the Optional Items heading, add any other applicable information
Click Submit Truck
This will bring up a page to add your picture(s) for the listing
To add a picture of the vehicle, click the Browse button near the bottom of the screen
Acceptable image format is JPG. Use the find controls to locate the image and click OK. See Add Picture for details.
