Each vehicle has a 30-day listing period. After 30 days, the vehicle will no longer be visible online (except those users with secured access), meaning it will not be available to people searching. Outdated vehicles are represented in red lettering preceded by a minus symbol.

Indicates front axle capacity for vehicles in pounds. If adding or modifying a vehicle, complete this field by entering the front axle capacity of the vehicle in pounds.
Gross Vehicle Weight
Commonly colored blue, or at least differently from the main body of text, this item serves as an extension to more information, usually transferring the user to a new web page.
Internet Viewable - This indicator shows if the listing is available on the internet to the public or just on the extranet for dealers to view.

This feature allows you to choose if you want the truck listing on the extranet (for dealer view only) or to also be included on the internet (for public view).

On the inventory list screen, a P indicates that there is a picture of the vehicle. This is also used to choose on the line listing of the truck to modify the truck picture(s).

This is to allow trucks that the dealer has purchased, but has not yet taken physical delivery of, to be able to publish the details and get interest prior to having available. There is an In-stock date as well as an Available date that needs to be indicated.

Indicates rear-tire size of vehicle in inches. If adding or modifying a vehicle, complete this field by entering the rear-tire size of the vehicle in inches, using a decimal point if necessary.
Indicates retail price of vehicle. If adding or modifying a vehicle, complete this field by entering the retail amount and then selecting between U.S. or Canadian currency.
Special Price Indicator: This column will contain one of the following codes: P - indicating there is a picture of the truck: I - for Viewable on the Internet for the public or S - indicating this is a special price or sale price for the truck therefore available with a discount.
The last column on the list is called Select. By mouse-clicking here, you may choose more than one vehicle to use in a "mass" tool, such as extend or sold.

Sort order permits a user control over the order in which vehicles are displayed on the inventory page. Select one of the sort options featured: Dealer code, drop-off date, serial number, make, model, or unit stock number. Click once on that choice and the order will change.

This field indicates vehicle's wholesale price, or discount, assuming the same currency as for the retail price. If adding or modifying a vehicle, complete this field by entering the vehicle's wholesale price.
