If the connection to PACCAR is with dial-in through an Internet Service Provider follow the steps outlined below:
From the View menu, select Internet Options
Select the Connection tab
Under Proxy server, select Access the Internet using a proxy server
Enter the following information into the address field: "http://atkins.paccar.com:8000/proxy-in.pac"
Click OK to save changes
